Track your progress

Compare two reports to see how your answers differ. A change in score alone cannot tell you whether a particular step worked. If it suits you, take the test again after 4–8 weeks to notice patterns over time.

What a comparison shows

Enter the IDs of two of your own reports to see their sleep scores and area scores side by side, with the difference between them. Areas you did not answer in either report are left out. This shows how your answers changed between the two times you took the test.

What it does not show

A comparison is not a measurement of your sleep and cannot show why something changed. Answers can shift with the season, work hours, illness or stress, and a small difference may simply reflect how you interpreted a question on the day. A better score does not prove that a particular habit worked, and a worse one is not a diagnosis. For a fairer picture, take the tests under similar conditions and a few weeks apart.

Reports from before 4 October 2026

Sleep Test was relaunched on 4 October 2026 with revised questions and scoring. Older reports can still be opened, but their numbers were calculated differently, so they cannot be compared with new reports. When an old report is involved, changes are hidden and shown as dashes.

Keep your report ID

Your report ID appears on the report page. We do not ask for a name or email address, so we cannot find a lost ID for you. Copy the ID or bookmark the report link and keep it somewhere safe. Anyone who has the ID can open the report, so share it only if you want to. If you take several tests, note the date next to each ID so you know which report is older. The example report uses made-up answers and cannot be compared.
